Hi! I’m moving abroad and looking for someone great to take over my fully furnished master suite in a beautiful, light-filled townhome.

I’ve absolutely loved living here and would really like to find someone who will enjoy the space as much as I have — it truly feels like a peaceful oasis in LA.

Because I’m leaving the country next week, I’m hoping to find someone who can move in by March 17.

• Bedrooms do not share walls, which makes the house very quiet
• Two side-by-side parking spaces in a gated garage
• Guest parking available
• Small, quiet 5-unit building

The home is large enough that three people live comfortably without feeling crowded.

The Housemates

You would be living with two friendly young professionals:

• One works at The Walt Disney Company
• The other is a writer/actor

Both are respectful, easygoing, and keep the home peaceful and tidy.
