This beautiful family home has two bedrooms available for rent starting October 1, 2023. Come stay in the north-east foothills of Los Angeles and enjoy a very safe neighborhood against the Angeles National Forest at the base of Mount Lukens, and near Deukmejian Wilderness Park . You will be surrounded by beautiful hills with easy access to walking trails and stunning views of the valleys around the area. These two rooms are furnished with a full-size bed, desk, and mini fridge. The two rooms share a full bathroom. The accommodations also include a washer/dryer and use of the kitchen and the back yard just outside the kitchen. Parking is available on-site. Each room is 120 sq. ft. and the cost per room is $1,000.00 per month due on the first of the month for each upcoming month. An application will need to be filled out, and a $500 security deposit per room is also required.
