• No shared walls, no units above — very private

• AC units in both the bedroom and living room
• Lovely outdoor setting with greenery and fresh air
• Quiet neighborhood (occasional train nearby)
• Must be okay with living with my 2 cats

About me:
I’m a quiet, clean guy in my early 30s who works as a writer and videographer. I live here with my two cats, Trotsky and Lemon, who are super friendly.

Location perks:
• Atwater Village is a 12-minute walk away
• Buses 92, 93, 94, and 603 are within a 5-minute walk
• Glendale Amtrak station is about 10 minutes away
