1 Room w/ Private Bathroom in Torrance

We’re in Torrance and are super close to a ton of delicious food, and our neighborhood is quiet. Also close to El Camino College! There are only 4 units in this building, and we never hear our neighbors. There’s a very sizable living room my current roommate and I never use, a full kitchen, and you would get your own bathroom + an 11.5x11.5 room.

You would be paying for internet + electric. Internet is high-speed! There is street parking, but it’s pretty easy to find a spot.

I also have three cats, but I promise the common areas are clean and don’t smell like cats! The people moving out also had a cat, so I don’t mind someone moving in with a cat–just no dogs or other animals, please.

Couples are welcome, since the people moving out were a couple. College students also welcome! We’d love to live with someone who knows games, anime, cosplay, D&D, or that sort of thing, since I think we’d click. Social gatherings here with some friends are totally fine, just not big parties.
