This is a chill place in a quiet neighborhood. My pup and I mostly keep to ourselves. Looking for a kind and clean roommate. A background and credit check will be required. The room won’t be available till December 1st. And I can’t show it before then. It’s and avg room size. 11x10 I believe. There is a fenced in yard and garage.
