• Private en-suite bathroom (includes bathtub).
• Dedicated parking spot in a gated garage.
Privacy & Lifestyle:
• Independent Living: The suite has its own private refrigerator and microwave. To ensure privacy and a quiet atmosphere, the main kitchen is not shared.
• Pristine Home: We maintain a shoes-off, no-guest, and single-occupancy policy to keep the environment secure and tranquil.
• No smoking or pets, please.
Rent & Utilities:
• Rent: $1,200/month (Includes Wi-Fi, Water, Gas, and Trash).
• Utilities: Electricity/Gas included up to a $150 cap (excess is split 50/50).
• Deposit: $1,000 security deposit.
• Laundry is available on-site.
