Looking for roommate to move into my 2b2b apartment in Southeast Torrance. Private room and bathroom, room has a balcony. Walking distance to downtown lomita, quiet complex. There is also a garage with 2 parking spots and storage, there is also plenty of street parking.

Rent is $1400/month. Looking for a 4-6 month lease, but open to other options.
