Spacious Torrance Apartment

Spacious bedroom with your own private bathroom for rent! Bedroom includes a ceiling fan as well as a very large closet with plenty of storage space. Your own bathroom is right across the hall from the bedroom. Shared spaces include the living room and kitchen area. Living room is also very large and spacious and already comes furnished with a recliner couch and coffee table. Kitchen also comes with a fridge, microwave, toaster, air fryer, and dish washer. Whatever else is in there (pans, silverware, etc) is free to use as well! Just please clean up after yourself!

Utilities come out to around 125 each a month. This includes electricity and high speed internet. Amenities in the apartment building includes one parking space, laundry room, pool, jacuzzi, as well as a small gym.

MUST love pets. I have a 10 year old female dog who is always my top priority. She is very large (130lbs), and extremely hairy and sheds year round, so you CANNOT be afraid of some dog hair. She is allowed in all areas of the home (minus your bedroom of course if you don’t want her in there) including up on the couch. She is also the sweetest thing in the entire world and would never hurt a fly and absolutely loves people. I do my best to vacuum her hair up daily, but I promise there will always be some somewhere haha so if that’s an issue, this might not be the place for you 😬

As for myself, I do work from home, but am usually gone in the early mornings and evenings typically. I keep to myself for the most part during the day when I work. I have some friends over occasionally, but this is not a party home by any means, so you wouldn’t have to worry about that. You are also more than welcome to have guests anytime within reason.

Even though I lived here first, I want whoever rents this room to feel like this apartment is their space too! It will be just as much yours as it is mine!
