Large Room for rent in a House

Hi, my name is Stew, I’m 28 years old and work full time as a Lab Scientist. I’m clean, friendly, and not home most of the time. I also have two pets, a dog and a cat. I’m looking for a roommate with good house manners who is clean, organized and pays rent on time. If you want to live in a quiet and peaceful environment, this is the place for you.

The room comes with a Cal King sized bed. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. The beach is very close by and there’s also a mall down the street.

You must provide proof of income, picture ID, and background check. No guests. I’m looking to rent to someone between 23 and 41 years old, no couples. The security deposit is fully refundable minus any damage of course.
