Large House in Torrance Seeking Housemates

Vibes: Looking for a mature, clean, communicative housemate who values respecting the home and its inhabitants, and is comfortable sharing common spaces, but treat each others' rooms as off limits. Extroverts or introverts welcome! We stay in a lot, but also enjoy hosting gatherings, movie nights, wine tastings, Friendsgivings, brunches, etc., but don't want to bring the rowdier parties home (yay for not having to clean up puke and questionable substances haha). We've loved having housemates off and on for the past 10 years from all different backgrounds and personality types - communication has always been the key to making a house with people into a home with friendly, happy vibes, as well as respecting peoples' differing boundaries and preferences. We've done a lot to the house since moving in, so a video or in person tour is recommended. Main parts of the house will be furnished, but there is additional room for furniture if you have any.
