- new double pane windows for sound blocking and insulation;
- new double cellular window shade for additional sound and insulation;
- new one large dual mirror sliding closet;
- new comfortable rug; and
- large newly renovated private bathroom with double vanity.

Other details:
- washer/dryer in house; a free load per dark/whites of laundry each week.
- rent includes cleaning service once per month, internet/WiFi (100mbps), water, gas, and electric.
- assigned carport parking next to the home.
- simple kitchen privileges; only microwave use.

Ideal applicant/tenant (you):
- MUST be a non-smoker;
- working professional;
- respectful, responsible, and CLEAN;
- NO pets;
- NO weapons of any kind (guns, ammo, martial arts equipment, paintball guns, etc);
- NO drugs (including any use of marijuana); and
- NO parties/no guests.

As the owner of the home, I'm responsible, clean, handy, and quiet. I'm a single 30's male working professional and looking for a roommate who will respect my home as if it was their most prized possession.
