Our home is a 3-bedroom apartment with a fully functional kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a beautiful patio, and a garden. The entire home is well lit with sunlight streaming in all day.

We’re subletting our master bedroom for the months of July (and potentially August). The guest will have their own bathroom. Guests also enjoy on-site parking, access to a washer and dryer, and use of the garden. Close to hiking trails, located in the heart of Topanga, bright, quiet, and tucked among the trees, our place is perfect for a single person seeking rest, nature, and renewal.
