Queen size bed, two good size wooden bureaus and shelves. Dream walk-in closet with clothing poles on both sides, shelves, small drawers, black felt hangers, air filter, and brand new fun, retro mini-fridge! Shared bathroom, kitchen, refrigerator, brand new retro style micro-wave and toaster. Utensils, dishes, cookware, dry goods and ecos detergent provided. Searching for someone employed full-time outside home only, sorry, no remote, work from home, part-time or retired. Space is suitable for one person only, sorry no couples, kids, pets. Quiet family neighborhood, cul-de-sac, please no smoking, drugs, alcoholics. Please note this listing is in Topanga Canyon, a car is an absolute must! Please note, while there is ample space in the room for a better than average wardrobe, there is absolutely no “extra storage space” for random boxes and bins, and such items may not be stacked around yard or property. House is extremely clean and tidy and I wish to keep it that way! I am self-employed and work long hours in Venice Beach. When I’m home I am usually asleep, or looking at my phone in my area. I respect others space and keep all common areas very clean, but don’t want to have to do others dishes or clean up after them! I have one very tiny elderly dog (not a yapper) that accompanies me to work, and almost everywhere else, store, etc., (as I do not like to leave her), and one elderly cat, they would not be allowed in your area, and both sleep at night with me. I do not play music or watch tv when roommates are present, home is my sanctuary, hoping to find similar quiet and respectful person. Please note there are ten cement steps leading up to front door, (there is a sturdy handrail.) Driveway is very short and steep with old, worn asphalt. This space is typical old Topanga, and is suitable for someone fit in mind, body and spirit. It would be awesome to find someone awake and aware! Much love and care has been put into this home, and it is ideal for someone who is “traveling light”, and looking for a safe, serene space to come home to. Looking forward!
