Two windows show Topanga canyon views. Tenant must be able to easily climb 7 sturdy built in wooden ladder steps into loft. Loft is five feet in ceiling height at highest point, (middle). Space has its own heating/air conditioning, with remote control for that area. Space is furnished with a new small portable table and chair and a new small foam mattress.
One person only, no couples, children, pets, Cul-de-sac, quiet family neighborhood, please no smoking, drugs, alcoholics. Hoping to find someone who works outside the home, as do I.
Although there is ample space for your clothing and a few belongings, there is absolutely no “extra” storage space in house or around property.
Shared bathroom, full access to kitchen, all appliances. All dishes, cookware, utensils provided.
Deck with shared outdoor living room, couch and dining table, succulent garden, oak tree canopy, nearby creek, nightly froggies serenade.
Full-size washer/dryer, organic detergent provided.
I have an eleven year old, nine pound dog, super friendly, who accompanies me to work and everywhere else possible. I also have a very elderly cat (usually asleep) and one bird, (Eclectus), (caged) in my room only.
Please note, this listing is in Topanga Canyon, a car is an absolute must! Also, please be aware, this is a very much an old Topanga canyon style house, built on the side of a hill. There are ten cement stairs (there is a very sturdy handrail) leading to the front door. The driveway is very short and steep and the asphalt is old and chipped. This listing is suitable for someone fit in mind, body and spirit! It would be awesome to find someone awake and aware! Much care and love has been put into this space, it’s my sanctuary, and an ideal spot for someone traveling light and looking for a safe and serene place to come home to!
