Hello! I have a gorgeous 2br/2ba apartment in a fun part of LA and am renting out the second bedroom.

The apartment
- Huge room (13x16) with two closets

- Furnished and fully stocked common areas

- Dishwasher
- High ceiling living room with lots of light
- Cute balcony with plants

All common areas are furnished and kitchen is fully stocked (including Nespresso machine, air fryer, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, glasses, pans, utensils, etc)

- pool and jacuzzi
- cute park nearby
- near multiple freeways

Utilities/internet/homeowners insurance are usually under 150 per person.

I am a professor who works from home and is quiet, no parties. I’m mostly doing my own thing but love to have shared meals and warm conversations. I prefer to live with another woman/NB and I don't have an pets. Must be LGBTQ friendly, please - that is a dealbreaker.

I’m very big on intentional community living and want to find the right personality and lifestyle fit. I started this cozy home with a dear friend of mine who had to move unexpectedly for work, so I’m excited to create another safe space together with similar feel.
