The room will come furnished as shown in the photos, as will the living space and kitchen which are equipped with smart home technology.
Other features include a in-unit washer and dryer, walk in closets, queen bed, smart TV in bedroom as well as one in the living room with a Sonos sound bar + bass, and a fully equipped kitchen (including: cooking equipment, plates, utensils, etc. and a Nespresso machine).
All utilities are included in the rent.

The current roommate is a very clean and quiet guy, he spends most of his time out of the condo working on his music.

The second bedroom available is the master bedroom (not shown in the photos). It comes fully furnished as well and has its own private bath. Rent for the Master is $2000/month.

Rent and down payment may be negotiated based on length of stay.
