Hi! I’m looking for one more roommate to join a 3 bed / 2 bath apartment starting June 1st on a year-long lease in the Thai Town / East Hollywood / Los Feliz area.

My current roommate is moving out, but I absolutely love this apartment and neighborhood, and would love to find a great person to take their spot!

Location:
Super walkable to Lazy Acres, Griffith Park, amazing Thai food on Hollywood Blvd, and cute spots on Hillhurst. It’s the best!!

About Me:
I’m a 27-year-old woman who graduated from USC last year with my master’s. I work from home but mostly keep to my room during the day.
Outside of work, I love hiking, trail running, lifting, movies, thrifting, and reading. I’m always down for a group class or a cute coffee/drink, but I also enjoy going out, dancing, and having fun. Balance is key :)

Who I’m Looking For:
Clean, kind, respectful, and considerate roommate who wants a comfortable, shared space. We don’t have a dishwasher, so we’re all pretty mindful about staying on top of dishes and keeping the kitchen clean. I want you to feel at home here, too. Decorating the common areas is totally welcome!

Additional Info:
-Security deposit required (paid to outgoing roommates)
-Utilities: ~$30/month for WiFi + $50–100 bimonthly for LADWP + gas (varies seasonally)
