This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. About 1350 square ft. Renters private bathroom is a few steps down the hall from the bedroom. Renters bedroom is small with 2 small closets. Charming corner room. The house is light and air. Big lot. Fruit trees. I have a 12 lb miniature poodle. Open to another small dog if they get along. Housemate needs to be a mature woman who is kind and preferably has a sense of humor. She needs to love dogs. And be gentle by nature and with my dog. No substance abuse history, no drugs, alcohol ok if very minimal. My Housemate needs to be neat. No dishes in the sink. Will be asked to share cost of utilities. Water and power and gas. I pay internet. Garage can be used for storage but I do charge for that. Month to month rental agreement Kitchen privileges. Must be approved by property owner who will run a backroom check and credit report.
