Are you a girl who is looking for a SAFE PLACE to live? (room for rent with a private pool in a neighborhood where a lot of us know each other - it literally doesn't feel like LA, it feels like a home)

Let’s face it ya’ll, biggest question that most girls ask themselves and most parents and family members back home want to know is…IS IT SAFE?!?!?!!!

Los Angeles is amazing…but there’s a lot of danger here too…so I want to address that for you FIRST (but yes will also have an amazing place to live as well).

WHERE? – In Taranza/Reseda…which is 4 miles from the 101/405 intersection towards Woodland Hill. This is a 4 bedroom HOUSE, so we have our own pool that is completely private from any neighbors.

We know all the neighbors, this is a neighborhood where everyone takes walks multiple times a day, and we've lived here since 2017, so we know a lot of people in the neighborhood.

…basically it takes us 25 min to get to Hollywood, 30 min to Bev Hills, and 30 min to Santa Monica…

WHAT YOU GET :)
You get a good sized room (14 ft by 10 ft with a nice sized closet, plus storage space above the closet.), in a house with 3 other roommates, private pool completely enclosed in the back, your own laundry day, your own pantry space, your own refrigerator space, and ALL UTITILIES, AND SUPER FAST INTERNET is included. And your room has its own AC in the window, plus the house has Central AC as well.

Our back yard is COMPLETELY private...I've raised the fence to 7ft, we have a covered workout area, a back room that has a Treadmill and Cycle (both high quality Bowflex)...we built our own home gym during covid that you are welcome to use...

All for only $1,150/month...FLAT...this all inclusive price is worth $1,300 btw...

Who are the other roommates? Olivia (she’s 37 and the most caring person you’ll ever meet), me (I’m 45, I grew up with 4 sisters btw…so I’m quite used to living with women, have been my whole life)…we moved here from TN and OH…and Julianna (she’s a 26 year old eyelash artist who moved here from New Jersey).

Olivia and I work out of the house, we own a marketing company that markets for a few celebrities, and for 10 e-comm businesses ranging from $2m to $40m / year in sales. . We do a bit of podcast style filming sometimes in the house, so you need to be able to keep your cool if someone with a big following comes over to film or chat business.

Our company Fanward is growing quickly, and so we can only guarantee you the room for a year to start, cuz we may need that room for office space at some point…so this is a great place to transition into LA..

You'll also meet my best friend Stephanie, and her husband and their 2 teenage girls (13 and 17 yrs old). They live 1.5 miles down the road, and they co-founded our company with us. To be clear they do not live here, but you'll see them a lot because the office out back is where Miguel (her husband) video edits for our clients. We are literally a family community, and so we want a high quality person.

There's a couple more things you need to know, but not things that I can discuss publicly (like who the celebrities are -- we did have one roommate that couldn't keep their cool).

THIS IS A CREATOR VIBE HOUSE – you need to like the content creation space, social media conversations, strategies, growing your career…this is a house of career people!
