We’re looking for a new roommate(s) to join our big, beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home in Tarzana, just off Wilbur Ave and close to the 101 freeway. The house is fully furnished in all shared spaces, and we’re hoping to welcome people who’ll love the space—and the community—as much as we do.

The available room includes a private bathroom with a shower and sink, with a second door to the hallway. It also connects to a carport that can be used for extra storage or as a private entrance. Monthly rent: ~$1,200.

Utilities:

LADWP (power, water, trash): averages $130-170 a month

Gas: averages around $15-20 a month

Internet: averages $19-25 a month

Pool cleaner: averages $20-30 a month

Shared Spaces & Perks:

Full kitchen (plus second fridge/freezer in the laundry room)

Laundry with full washer/dryer

Reserved driveway parking, 1 space per room

Large entertainment room with projector + surround sound

Pool table room

Pool and jacuzzi (non-heated, but there’s an inflatable jacuzzi that is heated!)

About Us:

We’re 4 roommates (in our late 20s to early 30s, including one b/g couple), working in IT, Music Education, a Law Firm, and a social worker. We're LGBTQ+ friendly, and strive to create a warm, respectful, and relaxed environment. We’re especially open to other people who’d thrive in a chill, supportive, musical household.

We value communication, cleanliness, and shared responsibility. We rotate light household tasks and are always open to folks contributing their style and creativity—this is your home too, after all.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’d love to find friendly, responsible people (all genders/sexualities welcome) who can commit to a 11-month lease starting October 1st, and who pay rent/utilities on time. If you’re tidy, respectful, and excited about joining a cozy, creative household—we’d love to hear from you!
