Hello everyone!
We’re renting out one of our bedrooms on the second floor with the shared bathroom on the first floor. It is a spacious room with plenty of natural lighting and adjustable celing lights and fan. The house itself is a relatively new construction house (2020) and located within walking distance to great food, gyms, grocery stores, parks, and our local community college. There’s plenty of street parking available and garage parking is available at an extra cost.

Home Features:

-Full access to the kitchen, living room, and outdoor seating area with BBQ
-In-unit washer and dryer located upstairs
-Utilities included (gas, electricity, water, and internet)
-Garage parking + ample street parking
-Peaceful and friendly household

Occupancy & Rent Details:

-Rent includes utilities
-Maximum occupancy: 2 people
-Additional $150/month for a second occupant
-dogs/cats allowed as long as they are house trained and get along well with other people.
-additional $50/month per pet and $250 deposit

Location Highlights:
We’re located near LA Mission College, beautiful hiking trails, parks, and schools. The neighborhood is primarily made up of single-family homes and is very safe and quiet.

About the Housemates:

There are four other housemates:
-A music engineer
-A Vet that is going to school
-A social worker
-Retired Vet
All are respectful, quiet, and keep shared spaces clean. The master bedroom is also available for rent and move in on May 5th.

Rental Requirements:
-Credit score: 650+
-Income Verification
-1-year minimum lease
-Rental application and background check required
