Rent: $1,000 per month
Security Deposit: $1,000 (may be paid over the first two months)

Private bathroom (occasionally shared if guests are visiting)

Utilities included. Split the cost high speed internet.

You will be sharing the main house with just one other person (the homeowner). There is also a separate private apartment on the property occupied by one tenant.

Looking for:
Quiet, respectful, clean female
Non-smoker (no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property)
No pets, as there is already a small hypoallergenic dog on the property

A credit check, proof of income, and background check are required.

Guests are welcome; however, guests may not stay or establish residency at the property.

All guests and tenants must respect and follow the house rules.
