We share a spacious five bedroom, three bathroom hillside home in a quiet residential neighborhood in Sun Valley, with open views, lots of natural light, and a calm atmosphere. The home is approximately 3,045 square feet, offering a comfortable balance of shared space and privacy. We currently have 3 rooms available.

The layout is open and light filled, with a central kitchen and dining area that naturally brings the household together. The kitchen is well equipped and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to cook, gather, and share meals. There are also two separate living rooms, which allow for both connection and quiet downtime. The home also includes a separate laundry room and central air.

The outdoor space is a meaningful part of the home. A covered patio and large backyard open out to surrounding hills, creating a calm, grounded setting that feels removed from city noise while still being conveniently close to major freeways and daily essentials. There are nearby hiking areas, and horses in the neighborhood as well.

We do our best to keep common areas clean and expect everyone to clean up after themselves. Community matters here, alongside privacy and independence.
