YOU: Looking for a canna-friendly housemate who loves having game nights, cooking (and trying new foods), and is a totally chill, FISCALLY responsible (will have to provide proof of income). #1 thing I need (besides rent on time) is clear communication. We don't have to be bffs but I WOULD love to be able to talk/ask questions without feeling awkward. I am not LGBTQ but I am a proud member of PFLAG and you are safe here.

ME: Semi-retired Video Game Journalist with a 13 year old chihuahua. Giant nerd, 420-friendly, always up for a laugh or trying something new!

LOCATION: 3 mi from NOHO, 2.5 from Laurel Canyon

THE HOUSE: Gated property, dedicated parking, several yards throughout, two VERY COOL neighbors, and more! Landlord next door (a whole different lot) in his own home, and all he cares about is rent on time and keeping inside and outside of house clean. You might see him a handful of times but he never comes over unless asked. We also have our own stacked washer/dryer AND a desk in the "office" just for you!

YOUR ROOM: Has a private entrance (if desired) and I DO have the keys for it. Doesn't have a closet BUT my last rm was real creative about it. We also have a private outdoor shed.

RENT: 1200 a month + 30 for internet. Everything else is covered!

DEPOSIT: 1200 (CAN be broken into payments!)

PETS: Completely negotiable (deposit is part of the 1200). Dogs should probably be on the small to medium side (which I can explain why when we speak)

NO COUPLES, NO KIDS (for the record, I LOVE kids, but just not for here).
