A little about me:

You'll be sharing the home with just me and my dog, Bear! She's a 45 lb Wheaten Terrier/Poodle mix who's incredibly sweet, friendly, and loves people. She's my little sidekick, sleeps in my room, and is usually wherever I am. She's entirely my responsibility, but someone who enjoys dogs would be a plus!

I'm a friendly, easygoing professional in my early 40s. I enjoy traveling, staying active, exploring LA, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends. I also appreciate a quiet night at home.

I've lived here for 12 years and enjoy having a clean, comfortable place to come home to. I'm always happy to chat and be friendly, but also value independence and personal space.

Ideally, I'm looking for a working professional with an active lifestyle and their own routine outside the home. Someone who's considerate, tidy, and easy to get along with.
