Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to take the master bedroom in my 2b2ba apartment in studio city! The room is quite spacious (approximately 11.5’x13.25’ ) comes with a private bathroom and a garage parking spot. You’d be replacing my current roomate on our month to month lease. Move on Aug 1 or after.

It’s in a really great location - a block away from the 101 and about 1.5 miles from the 170. 20 min drive to WeHo, West LA, and DTLA (traffic dependent ofc). The shops and restaurants on Ventura Blvd are all walkable distance including a Trader Joe’s, Vons, and even a weekly farmers market!

The apartment has been fully furnished besides your room. It has hardwood floors throughout except the bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen came with a microwave and dishwasher and we bought the fridge. There’s central HVAC, a fire place, and a mini balcony we keep plants on. There’s onsite laundry downstairs in the garage. There is even a bit of storage space for us in the garage.

about me: I’m 27, a cisgender man (he/him), and work as an engineer at a med tech company (onsite 3-4 times a week, wfh the other 1-2 days). I’m originally from the North East and went to college in Pittsburgh before moving to LA 5 years ago. I have a cat (a chonker actually) that would be our third roomate. He’s very talkative and friendly to the point where it actually might get annoying. No other pets allowed unfortunately 😞 Other than hanging out with my cat, I like outdoor sports (climb, run, surf, swim, bike), video games, and hanging out with my gf. I like having friends over occasionally for movie nights, dinner parties, etc. I’d love to find a roommate I can be friendly with but also value independence. I like to keep common areas (especially kitchen) clean, and value open communication :)
