Private Room/Bathroom - August 2026 (Studio City)

Hello,

I am looking for someone to take over 1 room within my 2bd./2ba. apartment in Studio City starting August 2026.

Quiet, safe, small apartment complex (only 7 units!) in the heart of Studio City. Apartment unit is on second level and includes all kitchen amenities, patio space, and central air condition and heating. Washer and Dryer room directly across from unit for easy access. Garage tandem parking and accessible street parking. Close to 170, 134, and 101 freeway.

Bedroom features carpet flooring, large closet and it's own bathroom.

Quiet neighborhood close withing walking distance to cute neighborhood area with coffee and restaurants. Close to Ventura Blvd. as well.

Utilities are split evenly and can range in the $130-$170/each a month (some bills are bi-monthly) and include water/trash, power, gas, and internet.

Management will require a $50 application fee and credit check. Deposit will also need to be paid to my current roommate that is moving out.

A little about me:
I'm in my early 30s, female, working in marketing. I primarily work from home five days a week, and travel frequently for work. I'm pretty low-key and enjoy spending time at home watching TV, reading, working out, catching a Dodgers game, and currently being way too invested in Love Island. I enjoy spending time with friends but don't typically host large gatherings.

What I'm looking for:
Ideally another professional who works full-time and keeps a similar schedule. I'd love to find someone who values a clean, comfortable home and sees it as a place to recharge rather than a social hub. Respectful, communicative, and easygoing is the goal. I would prefer someone without pets, as I'm hoping to keep the space fairly low-maintenance and a good fit for the apartment. I'm fairly chill and easy going and appreciate someone who aligns with that vibe.
