The location is also very convenient to the major studios including CBS Radford, Warner Bros., Disney, and Universal Studios, and is about a 10-minute drive to West Hollywood and about 20 minutes to UCLA.
The suite is located on the opposite end of the upstairs level from the owner’s bedroom and features its own separate outdoor entrance from the courtyard, allowing the renter to come and go privately without passing through the main living areas. This layout provides a peaceful and highly private living arrangement that feels almost like a small studio.
Please note that the rental includes the private guest bedroom and bathroom only. The remainder of the apartment is not part of the rental.

The room is intended for one person only and is not suitable for couples or additional occupants at any time. No overnight guests, please.
I work from home so the space is best suited for someone who works outside the home.
Dog lovers welcome. No additional pets, I have a small, friendly hypoallergenic dog. Occasional dog sitting may be available in exchange for a possible rent discount.
