Calm and organized female seeking roommate

Hi!

My name is Morgan. I’m a 28 year old single female living in a 2bed/2bth apartment seeking a roommate to move in January 5th,2026.

The rent is $1600/mo per person plus utilities. I am an actor and nanny part time. I like to be out and about most days but sometimes I will work from home. I like to watch movies, read, write, do skincare and hangout with my cat, Margot.

I would prefer no pets as she is the master of this house (lol) but if you have a cat I could potentially be open to discussing that possibility of allowing another pet. But I’d prefer just to keep it a one pet household.

I’m looking for a calm, organized person to live here. Ideally someone with a job who works out of the home but not a total deal breaker. I like to keep this place clean and fresh smelling.
