Private Room/Bathroom - August 2025 (Studio City)

Hello,

We are looking for someone to take over 1 room within our 3bd./3ba. apartment in Studio City starting August 2025.

Quiet, safe, small apartment complex. Large apartment unit includes all kitchen amenities, in-unit washer and dryer, patio space, and central air condition and heating. Garage tandem parking and accessible street parking. Across the street from the 134 freeway so quick access to everything.

Largest room in the apartment and features large closet and it's own large bathroom.

Quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores, restaurants, and parks.

We split all utilities evenly and can range in the $150/each a month.

We are two women in our early 30's. We have lived in the unit for a few years and enjoy the space. I work in marketing and hybrid work from home/office 5 days a week - I also travel for work quite a bit. My roommate works in the dental industry and works in office 5 days/week.

We are both home bodies and enjoy our down time at home. We value our space being chill, relaxed and cozy and respect each other's space. We're very easy going and appreciate someone who aligns with that vibe.

Most of our day to days consist of work, or going to workout classes, making dinner at home, and watching TV or reading before bed. We typically wake in the mornings between 7:30-10am and are chilling, winding down for the night between 8pm - 12am. We rarely go out or have people over, but if we do we appreciate thorough communication with each other to give a heads up.

Ideally we're looking for a female who lives a similar lifestyle. If this sounds like you, we would love to meet you in person or over Facetime. We're ideally looking to lock something in by end of July.
