Apartment is in a 7-unit building, (full of GREAT neighbors in their 30's and 40's who like to gather occasionally,) and you will have only 1 roommate. No lease, month-to-month, but asking for 3 months minimum.

You rent includes:
-private covered parking
-IN-UNIT 2-in-1 washer/dryer (additional detached laundry room also onsite)
-all utilities and WIFI are included
-private bedroom (unfurnished)
-private bathroom with walk-in shower
-shared furnished living room w/ fireplace
-shared kitchen w/ all the basic appliances
-shared LARGE fenced-in back patio w/ bbq, seating, and plenty of greenery

Your roommate will be:
-entertainment industry professional male in his 40's
-has bdrm, home office, and bath upstairs, (yours are on the ground level.)
-has one small dog (house-trained/ friendly once he's used to you)
-non-smoker, non-partier
-considerate, easy-going, and friendly

Fine Print:
-No parties
-No smoking indoors
-Building owners typically require an application/background check before approval.

-You should be able to provide first and last months, plus a fully refundable security deposit of 500 before move-in. (First month's can be prorated for actual move-in date.)

-A friendly, house-trained dog may be considered for an additional $50/mo and an additional non-refundable $250 pet deposit.
