Hello everybody!

Enjoy a private, spacious master bedroom-large enough for a king sized bed, desk and a harp (really!) with private bathroom and a HUGE walk-in closet in prime Studio City location.

I am a lifestyle writer and a teacher. Super busy but easy-going and considerate as well.

The best match for this place would be a professional, non-smoking female. A student or someone in a paid internship works too! I do travel so I definitely want to be able to leave the apartment in good hands while I am gone.

I have been lucky enough to always have roommates who were kind, responsible and helped maintain the peaceful, friendly vibe in this apartment.

The unit is in a small building and overall, it's pretty quiet around here. The building has a pool!

Right now, only street parking is available. However management has informed me that a parking space inside the garage is possible in the future.

We are located a bike ride away from CBS Radford and Universal Studios. Warner Brothers, Disney and NBC are only about 5 miles away.

We are walking distance to Ralphs, Trader Joes and Sportsmen's Lodge Shopping Center.

Rental Agreement is month-to-month with an $800 deposit.

Long term or short term (Less than 6 months) is ok.
