Master bedroom with a private bathroom (+ great lighting!) in a safe, gated community. Bills/utilities are separate per month! Amenities include a balcony, washer/dryer, dishwasher, resident tandem parking spot in the garage (as well as guest spots for visitors), a dog park, along with access to gyms, pools/jacuzzis, and a grill area. I mostly work and mind my business. The living room is directly in the middle of the apartment and has high vaulted ceilings with a bunch of natural light that comes in so that helps with the electric bill. Each room has equal distance apart from one another and allows privacy. Kitchen is shared (I’m not stingy with the seasonings). Looking for a new roommate to move in as soon as August 15th to stay for a minimum of 6 months. I have a cat named Cairo (he’s friendly and chill) so I don’t mind other pets as long as they’re not too big.
