Imagine a small complex 12 apts, small courtyard, within walking distance to restaurants, several markets, access to all major freeways, and much, much more.

I am looking to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, Carpeted floors apartment with another dependable and clean flatmate. It is a second floor unit built in a 1985 (no elevator).

I have lived in this apartment for 4 + years and really enjoy it here. The complex has laundry on-site (2 + 2) and that is maintained year-round. Central air /heat. Parking under in the garage is 2 car tandem. . If something happens the Owners fix is right away .

I am a 54yo hard-working professional who often works from home and is looking for someone who preferably works out of the home. I am generally an extrovert who also enjoys the solace of home. If it’s strictly a living arrangement-- fine. If we end up becoming friends on some level-- cool. I have found both to work as long as we keep open communication, and are cordial and respectful with one another.

It would be awesome to find another guy who is self-aware, courteous, cleanly, a non-smoker or vapor, non-partier, without a pet, and capable of paying the rent and shared bills on time (a must). Rent is $1300 per month and shared utilities (electric, Cable/WiFi, gas) are usually between $150-$200 a month, depending on the time of year (electric charged bi-monthly). Deposit is required and is $1300..
A $45 rental application fee, which includes a background check, will be needed for approval.

Plus $35 for garage door opener . Which is refundable once returned.

The unfurnished room is available November 1, 2024 is approx. 11 X 13 sq ft. with a nice-sized 1/2 walk in closet with a Bathroom just out side of it in the hallway.
