Spare Room In Gated And Safe Apartment Complex

Hello.
My name is Mayra Navarrete and I am the head of household for an apartment complex in the center of Santa Fe Springs and South Whittier rented out for over 25 years by my parents as first ever main tenants, then I took over in the year 2020 as the main provider for the apartment. I live here along with my widowed mother of 10 years and my children. I have a 9 yr old starting February and will have a newborn starting early March. My apartment is two story, and the spare room is located in the second floor with a included bathroom just across the hallway in the middle between the room and stairway. Room fits a good queen sized bed with a normal sized closet. It will be cleaned and empty if offer is given.
