Washer and dryer are on the ground level and there is one flight of stairs up to the bedroom. The room is beautifully furnished with a king size bed, 2 nightstands, dresser with mirror, small fridge, microwave, 2 chairs, 1 table, TV. Private bath with shower. There is a balcony off the room and plenty of street parking as we are the corner house. All utilities are included as well as the wifi. The use of a very large beautifully landscaped backyard is available. The home is very large, but this room is totally private and sealed off from the rest of the house.
