Private bedroom on second floor details:
This bedroom will be available on 3/15/25. This private bedroom comes equipped with its own private bathroom. The room is located on the second floor of the home in a quiet & isolated location with good natural lighting entering the room from the window. With the window open this room garners a solid breeze that will keep you cool. It has a ceiling fan, dimmable light and a XL closet with dual large mirrors. Hardwood floors. The room was re-painted in June 2024. The room is fully furnished with quality furniture. This room is $1,700 per month & the security deposit is $1,700.

6 months minimum.

We are looking for someone who is respectful to the home, quiet & clean. Preferably a professional who works in person, or full time student.

Pets are welcome. $150 per pet, per month.
