The room was re-painted in June 2024. The room is fully furnished with quality furniture. This room is $1,800 per month & the security deposit is $1,800.

We are looking for someone who is respectful to the home, quiet & clean. Preferably a professional who works in person, or full time student.

Pets are welcome. $150 per pet, per month.
