It has a ceiling fan, dimmable light, XL closet with dual large mirrors and hardwood floor. The room is fully furnished. This room is $1,700 per month & the security deposit is $1,700.

Private bedroom #2 on second floor details:

This is the master bedroom. It is the largest and nicest room in the home. It has hardwood floors, ceiling fan, 2 closets, fully furnished, bathroom located inside of the room. This room is $2400 per month and the security deposit is $2400.

Looking for a long term stay, preferably 1 year +, 6 months minimum.

We are looking for someone who is respectful to the home, quiet & clean. Preferably a professional who works in person.

Pets are welcome. $150 per pet, per month.

All utilities are included.
