This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. I’m looking to share my place with a clean and reliable student or professional. Location is secured and safe. Room is furnished with plenty of light. Park on the street for $70 a year. or one free extra slot in vertical parking.

I like to read make music and very respectful and cleanly. Usually keep to myself in my room. My current two roommates are leaving, I just got one room filled, his name is Greg he is pretty down to earth, laidback. You would be sharing the bathroom with me.

- Utilities include internet, gas, water and electricity. (usually 30-100 a month)

- Share bath w/ 1 male
- Washer/Dryer

Close to colleges, downtown, ralphs, aldi, parks and much more. Very family orientated area.
