Cozy Room - Perfect for Student!

Hi! I'm looking for a student or professional to occupy the master bedroom of my 2 bedroom apartment. Everything from floor to ceiling in the apartment is updated: Kitchen and bathroom are most recent. The room has a full bed, desk and large closet. We share the kitchen and bathroom. Looking for someone who is neat and tidy in the shared areas. I work from home so I usually take about a half hour every day to vacuum and clean the bathroom. So rest assured you'll be in a very clean space.

The complex is located on a quiet, tree lined street in South Pasadena within walking distance of Starbucks, Grocery Outlet, KFC, T-Mobile, and bus lines 179/260/261. Pavillions and Trader Joes are a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive. The Metro A line is 1 mile from the apartment.

We're a small, 13-unit pet friendly complex with great neighbors. Most of us have pets and occasionally have puppy playdates in our courtyard. Everyone in the neighborhhood knows each other and enjoys walking up to the local bars together to grab drinks. It’s a special place and we always welcome new faces.

I'm pretty chill and am looking for someone who is clean, cleans up after themselves and is ok with a small dog. He's super docile, non-shedding and hypoallergenic. I'm also cool with you having friends over. Just no parties.

I'm 53 with a 21 year old daughter who is away at college. She comes home during the summer, thus the 9 month listing. I love going out, exploring LA, meeting up for meals, hiking, and am pretty active. I'm pretty social and am known for telling neighbors to "just walk on in".
