I have a great room available for rent in a fantastic part of South Pasadena about 15 minutes from Old Town. The room is a spacious 300 sq ft and is available for $1,350/month. Utilities aren't included but typically range from $200-$300/month, depending on the season. My previous roommate and I also shared the cost of a housekeeper about every two months, which came out to $62.50 each visit.

I'm looking for a responsible, clean, and easy-going roommate who has a solid financial history (a credit report is required as part of the application process).

A bit about me: I'm a 35-year-old male working in the music industry. I'm pretty low-key and respect personal space, but it would be great to find someone I get along with and can comfortably share the house with.

The house has some great amenities:

- Prime location, 5 minutes to Trader Joes, and Pavilions. 15 minutes from Old Town.
- 1.5 bathrooms: You'd have your own bathroom and the only thing we'd share is the shower.
- Private washer/dryer
- Full kitchen with dishwasher

- Recreation room
- Exercise Room (free to share if you like)
- Reserved Parking
