This private studio is to be rented on a month-to-month agreement for storage. Preferably, you will love this studio, and you will want to rent for many more months as most people do. This very clean studio comes almost fully furnished with 2 beds, sheets, pillows, bedspread, and toilet. It also comes with air-conditioning, propane heater, shower bathroom, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, smart flat-screen TV, stove, oven, table, couch, lots of storage cabinets, extra storage under the beds and under the couch. The owner paid utilities are electricity, water, trash, high-speed internet, and sewer. This camper is parked in a beautiful, gated back yard full of fruit trees shaded by a two-story house in an improving part of South Los Angles City less than 10 miles from the ocean beaches with a cool sea breeze most of the year and air-conditioning for when it is hot outside. If you want a super clean space that you can keep clean without roommates messing it up, this may be the perfect space for you. The rent for this studio is $1,200 per month with a $1,200 security deposit. Must have a 650 or higher credit score. There may be an additional $300 per month rent and $300 security deposit for each additional renter. If the rest of your application qualifies, we may accept less than a 650 FICO credit score with a double security deposit that is refundable for this storage space. The storage space comes with shared front yard, back yard, barbeque grill, fire pit, patio table, umbrella, chairs, orange tree, apple tree, pink grapefruit tree, lime tree, plum tree, peach tree, banana trees, and a black berry bush all included on a month-to-month rental agreement. This storage space is available now. No pets, smoking, loud music, parties, or subletting. No other storage space is permitted to be used on the property. Street parking only. No mail or electric vehicle charging permitted. The studio plugs into the electricity, water, and plumbing of the house, all included for no extra charge.
I am a manager, and I may live in the bottom house with roommates. We have a good low-drama-quiet-vibe and like our friends to be clean, respectable professionals who are peaceful non-violent non-heavy drinkers/smokers. We usually clean up our messes right after we make them, so the house and yard never really get dirty or look cluttered. We try to be quiet enough that our next-door neighbors can not hear us too often. Most of us usually work in the day and sleep at night. We share the yard, so please keep the yard uncluttered, peaceful, and safe so that we can enjoy the yard, too. The neighborhood is not the greatest, but once you are inside the gates, it is almost like you are in a tropical paradise.
The camper is to stay parked in the shade behind the house and is not permitted to be towed or moved anywhere. To rent this studio storage, you should have general knowledge of how to take care of a camper or be willing to learn or let me teach you. You would be responsible for draining the toilet tank, depending on the frequency of use. The sink and shower tank is self-draining. You would also be responsible for purchasing and adding 1/2-ounce of TankTechRx probiotics RV treatment each time you drain the toilet tank to keep the tank clean. This is easy because the tanks are already connected to the plumbing of the house. If you use them, you will be responsible for refilling the propane tanks for the stove, hot water heater furnace, and BBQ. Please buy your own firewood for the fire pit if you use it. It only costs about $20 to refill a standard propane grill sized bottle at the nearby gas station, and I plan to loan you oversized sized tanks, so you do not have to refill them that often and so you can have a spare tank. Please make sure you and your guests only buy and use RV safe toilet paper and that no one flushes anything else down the toilet drains that will not dissolve with the Tank Techs RX probiotics, so the tanks do not get clogged.
