Rooms for Rent in DTLA

I currently live at the medici apartment complex in DTLA in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. Both bedrooms have there own en suite bathrooms, which makes this the perfect spot for roommates! The bedroom is a good size and also has a walk in closet. The unit has an open floorplan with its own laundry and I already have a couch and dining room table as well as cookware. I have been here for 18 months and I want to extend the lease for another 12 months, however, the roommate that I was here with has already moved out so I am looking for someone to come in and take the room so I can extend the lease another 12 months. I have till November 29th to find a new roommate, because that is my deadline to sign the new lease so I would like to have someone in position to move in prior to me signing the new 12 month lease. Although I have till the end of November, the room is available for move in ASAP because the old roommate has already moved out. Contact me to schedule a showing or for more pictures!
