Room for Rent Expo Park

Hey everyone! My housemate and I are looking for 2 individuals to fill 2 rooms in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex for a 12-month lease starting November 1ST!!! We are looking for tidy, mindful, LGBT-friendly, and communicative roommates. You will share the bathroom with one other roommate, but have your own private room.

Parking is on-site (off street) and Room #2 consists of 1 parking space included in rent. Washer/dryer is in unit. Kitchen amenities are included. Central A/C & Heating in unit. Gardening Maintenance covered by landlord & done regularly.
New tenant is required to submit an application, meet the background check screenings administered by the landlord, and provide rent for November + ($394 SECURITY DEPOSIT).
Current occupancy consists of 2 young professionals (1 female, 1 male). Utilities are not included in rent besides water and sewage which is payed for by the landlord.

Property is gated with driveway. Street parking becomes easily available for guest during the (non-school hours) directly across the street. Property is shared with another very friendly family that occupies the back house. Landlord is very responsive and attentive to the needs of her tenants.

Local amenities within walking distance include several fast food options, coffee shops, convenience stores, parks, laundromat, gas stations, and more! Expo/Western Train Station is only a 10-minute walking distance. Various Metro Bus Lines that are only & 1 minute walking distance.
