Looking to create a community feeling in the building (this unit + 3 other units of similar size. I live in an identical unit next to this one) of engaged and respectful long-term residents, and hopefully create a co-op to purchase the building by August 2027. Due to recent startup (August 2026), open to short term rentals (add +$50 to monthly rate <3mo, or +25 to weekly rate <6weeks), and trial periods of 1-3 months with intent to extend. Most current residents are mid-late 20s. Open to 1 couple or shared room (add +200 to total monthly rate), but >6ppl in unit starts to become too crowded for kitchen. amenities: in-unit W/D, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator w freezer, central A/C and heating, wifi, garage parking, yard, room can be furnished with temporary twin bed upon request.
