Hardwood floors throughout make it ease to keep clean, plenty of natural light. Practices with harsh chemicals, heavy equipment, excessive noise or toxic fumes are not permitted.

House expectations: This home is an 1911 craftsman that has original architectural details and was renovated with custom designed interiors installed by the owner; respect for the space, inhabitants and visitors is non-negotiable. One resident orange cat lives here (must be cat-friendly).
