Warm and Welcoming Home

Welcome to our warm and welcoming family home! We’re looking for a responsible student or working professional who is respectful, clean, and looking for a peaceful place to call home.

This is a family-oriented household where everyone is friendly, trustworthy, and respectful of one another’s space. My 94-year-old grandmother and aunt live in the home, along with two other long-term residents who are family/family friends. Everyone mostly keeps to themselves, cleans up after themselves, and enjoys a calm, positive environment, but we’re also always willing to help each other when needed.

All utilities and Wi-Fi are included, and the home has a washer and dryer, a large front yard, and a spacious backyard. We’re also in a very convenient, central location with grocery stores, shops, and other everyday necessities nearby. The home is located on the same street as USC, making it especially convenient for students or professionals in the area.
