We have a room in a large quiet two-story 4br/ 2ba house that will be available to rent in August.
The unit is in a 2-story house with a conventional layout; all of the bedrooms are on the top floor and all
the common areas are downstairs. It features a large kitchen / prep area with maple cabinets, granite
countertops and stainless-steel appliances.
It also has upgraded bathrooms, lounge area, dining area and a laundry center.
If you have a vehicle, we have secure off-street parking spaces available at the rear of the property-
accessible via an automatic opening gate. Parking spots are assigned and numbered.
The room itself is, position in the front of the house on the second floor is a cozy, light filled and airy. A
favorite with most because of the layout and affordability.
The house is an actively managed property, part of an enclosed shared housing complex. It is about a
half mile away from USC and is generally inhabited by students. The current occupants are USC grad
students, co-ed and largely international.
However, due to our proximity to DTLA/ Wilshire district we often get an interesting mix of post grads,
young professionals, and corporate commuters, who tend to stay in housing for the week and travel home
for the weekends.
We are centrally located near an Expo line station and is within minutes of Downtown Los Angeles, USC,
Mount St. Mary’s, FIDM, the Wilshire corridor and Southwest Law.
