- You would be renting two of the bedrooms (one of which is set up as an office) along with your own private bathroom. Maximum of two people.
- The remaining bedroom and bathroom is rented by another tenant who you would be sharing the rest of the house with.

The house is a spacious single-family 1911 Craftsman Bungalow. See floor plan included in the pictures. This is an ideal space for someone in media, the creative arts, newly moving to Los Angeles, masters or doctoral student, or who works remotely.

** Other Considerations **
- No smoking or drug use.
- There is no central air/heating, however space heaters/coolers are provided.
- Credit check + proof of income required.
- Four outdoor "community" cats live in the back patio area. They are sweet but skittish. The other tenant is caring for them and the landlord is paying for their food and vet bills.
- Renters insurance not required but highly recommended
- Secure parking is available behind the house in the back patio area which is protected by a motorized gate. There is room for up to three cars, of which you may have two.
