Room for Rent by USC

I have a spare room at home (12' x 12') that I would like to rent and hope we can accommodate the right person that decides to live with us. The first set pictures show the room and bathroom, and the rest of the pictures essentially show what to expect when you get a tour starting from the front of the house to the back of the house. We are looking to have someone commit to at least a year, but are willing to consider shorter term agreements if you are willing to pay $50-$100 more per month (depending on how many months you wish to stay for). Those that can commit to a year will be given preference.

What we are offering:
-Furnished (or unfurnished) room
-Utilities included (gas, trash, electric, water and internet)
-Gated Parking
-Laundry on site
-Whole house access (except for a few locked doors)
-Drinking ok
-Outdoor smoking ok
-Visitors are fine, but no sleepovers
-Prefer no pets (there is one small dog, but belongs to a tenant staying outside)
-Shared bathroom with one other tenant
-Weekly cleaning of common areas (including your bathroom)
-Important note: No AC
-Whole house water filter system
-Bus stop in the corner (204 and dash)

1. What is your sleep/work schedule like?
2. Will you be bringing a car?
3. Do you plan on bringing furniture?
4. When would you like to move in?
5. How long do you plan to stay?
6. Are you a student?
7. Are you able to provide 3 months of bank statements?
8. Whats your credit score?
9. Are you a Big Bang Theory fan? Could you see yourself renting a spare room from Howard and his mom?
