Looking for a woman to take over the lease for one room in a 3 bedroom townhouse.

You’ll be living with two lovely other women who both work full time. Late twenties and early 30’s. One as a nurse and one as a musician. We love a bit of a room mate hang out but also all do our own thing so it’s a really nice vibe in the house ☺️

Private bathroom that is exclusively yours.
In unit washer and dryer.
Cute little outdoor area out the front that is fenced off (we don’t really use it but you could always put som furniture out there if you’d like.)

Off-street parking comes with the room - gate with clicker for security access.

Located in exposition Park just down the road from USC, Trader Joe’s, target etc. all nearby!

I have moved in with my partner so am looking to have someone take over the lease from August 1st, possible early move in.

I don’t need the furniture anymore so I can include it in the room if you’d like or remove it, up to you!

Monthly rent $1,275 + utilities
WiFi and Gas roughly $30 a month
LADWP paid every other month
